How do I book an appointment?

Existing clients, please go through my booking app Vagaro to book an appointment. If you are getting multiple services (ie; foil/extensions), please make sure to book for both.

How do I add my name to the waitlist?

For all new clients, please either DM us on our Instagram, hairbyashleypiazza, or email us at AP@hairbyashleypiazza.com. Please include a picture of your hair (front, back, and sides) in natural daylight and an inspiration photo that you want Ashley to work towards. Please include your first name, last name, and cell phone number.

How should I prep my hair for an appointment?

Please wash your hair thoroughly before arriving for your appointment. If your hair seems dirty to you, it is dirty to us :). This will result in optimal color results.

How often should I use purple shampoo?

Purple shampoo will not make you feel “more blonde”. Brighter blondes often feel darker if overusing. Ashy tone is always darker than warm tones and the more purple shampoo used, the ashier the tone. The only time you should be using purple shampoo is when you are feeling “yellow” Remember that it is a maintenance shampoo, not a daily shampoo.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Paypal, Cash, and Checks. We kindly request that tipping be done in cash only.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients that cancel before 48 hours of their appointment are subject to no charge. If a client cancels between 24-48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service charge. If a client cancels within 24 hours of their appointment, will be subject to 100% of the service charge.

What extensions are offered?

Tape-in extensions only. New extension clients MUST fill out a consultation form. Please DM us on our Instagram, hairbyashleypiazza, or email us at AP@hairbyashleypiazza.com

How should I show up for extensions?

Please clean your hair thoroughly before showing up for your extension appointment. Even if you are in for color, the tape in extensions that are being removed from your head are getting re-taped and put back in the way you showed up with them. Please refrain from wearing your hair in a bun, or half-curled, dirty hair.

How often do I need to move up my extensions?

Every 5-8 weeks. We will discuss at your first move-up appointment how long you should go.
